Roof Replacement in Bothell, WA

After Roof Replacement

Eco Roof Service is proud to showcase this roof replacement that our team recently completed in Bothell, WA. The homeowners contacted our team because their existing asphalt shingle roof was beginning to fail, and the shingles were covered in algae, necessitating a replacement! Of course, our team was ready to assist with their replacement needs!

We met with the homeowners to explore our roofing options, and after a bit of discussion, they decided the best course of action would be to install new SBS rubberized shingles! Keep reading below to learn more about the project, and see some before & after photos!

Project Details:

  • Town: Bothell, WA
  • Project: Shingle Roof Replacement
  • Materials: SBS Rubberized Asphalt Shingles

Before Roof Replacement

Once the homeowners had decided that they were ready to install SBS Rubberized shingles. The first thing our team needed to do after deciding on the replacement materials was begin to remove the old shingles.

We got to work on removing the shingles and checked out the roof deck below the system to ensure that everything was in good repair. We had to make sure that we replaced a few pieces of the roof deck.

During Roof Replacement

The roof deck was in generally good repair, so after a few minor repairs, we began to work on installing the new shingles! The SBS shingles that our team installs look just look traditional asphalt shingles, but offer far more durability, constructed with a bit of extra rubber within the granules that helps make the shingles a big stronger.

The homeowners were thrilled with the completed installation, and we’re happy to have been able to assist with their roofing needs!
