Our team recently replaced the roof on this Seattle, WA home. The home’s old roof was in poor shape, and there was quite a bit of moisture damage to the roof deck underneath, so roof replacement was much needed! However, before we had even taken a look at the roof itself, we needed to meet with the homeowners and discuss their roofing needs.
The existing roof was built with asphalt shingles, and the homeowners wanted to maintain the aesthetic of a shingle roof. That ruled metal roofing out of the equation, but our team is happy to be able to carry rubberized roofing shingles, which look like asphalt, but offer much-improved durability.
