Rubber Shingle Replacement in Sammamish, WA

New Shingles on home

Our team was recently contacted by a family in Sammamish, WA to replace their home’s old, deteriorating roof. The shingles on the old roof were in rough shape. Some were curling along the edges, all of the shingles were discolored and weather-worn, and the roof was in need of a serious overhaul.

We came out to the property to discuss the scope of the project with the homeowners, and after a bit of conversing, the homeowners decided that the best option for their roof was to install our team’s durable, long-lasting and beautiful SDS Rubberized shingles. Our team was happy to oblige, and we got to work on replacing the roof!

Project Details:

  • Town: Sammamish WA
  • Project: Roofing installation
  • Materials: Rubber Asphalt Shingles

Before Roof Replacement

After the homeowners decided on the roofing material for their replacement, we got to work on the replacement. The first thing that needed to be done was stripping the old shingles off of the home and assessing the roof deck. We assumed based on the shingle damage that there would be a considerable amount of rot damage below the surface and our assumption was proven correct when we began to take apart the roof.

We began by stripping the old roof deck and installing the new roof decking. Once the new roof deck had been installed, we began to install the new rubberized shingles on the home. Once we had replaced the roof deck this job was simple and easy! If you would like to see more photos of the completed project, take a look below to see the finished project!
